How does pricing work?
The rates vary according to time of year and day of the week.
The total cost is indicated when you choose the dates of your stay on our website main page.
To rent two cottages at the same time, please contact us for prices.
Tips:
Rent longer term; rates for 7 nights have a better value
Rent the cottage during low season; the weekday rates are very affordable. The low season in Saint-Philemon is mid-April to early June, late October to mid-December.
N.B Except during holidays or holiday celebrations, and during spring break)
Rent 6 months in advance; We like to offer discounts our guests who book in advance.
Have flexibility on the dates; Advance or postpone your stay for a day can have a significant impact on the total cost.

Au coin du Gabriel is located at the corner of the road 216 and Gabriel trail. Behind the cottage a picnic table and a fire pit. A beautiful place for stargazing.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes, pets are accepted at no extra cost. You simply have to advise us if you want to bring your dog.
How far is the Massif du Sud?
The Massif du Sud is located 10 minutes drive from the cottage.
Is it possible to arrive earlier than 4:00 p.m. or leave later than 11:00?
For an extended stay warranty, a $ 50 fee applies. In case there would be no reservation before your arrival, you can arrive earlier at no extra cost.
What is the payment methods?
Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Cash money.
Ok, I want to book! How does it work?
We ask for an advance of $ 150 to confirm your reservation via PayPal, credit card by telephone or other method of remote payment. You will receive confirmation via email after payment.
We send an email to our guests two days before check-in to give details on arrival. (The keys, home, wifi ...)
The balance will be paid upon arrival at the cottage by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or cash.
How far is the nearest grocery store?
The nearest grocery store is at 5 minutes away by car. The closing time is at 21:00 every day.
Pharmacy, convenience store, hunting and fishing store are all within 5 minutes drive.
Booking last minute?
last minute bookings is accepted.
The cottages are always ready to receive guests when available from our web site.
However, there is no last-minute discounts and it is best to call before arrival. 581-983-1195
